Phase 1 – Core Infrastructure

The first phase of Tharwa’s rollout is all about foundations: getting the core infrastructure live, secure, and usable.

Phase 1 is designed to make sure Tharwa is production-ready, tested, and able to support serious capital.

What’s Included in Phase 1

The key goal of Phase 1 is to bring the essential building blocks of the protocol on-chain. That includes:

thUSD Launch (OFT Standard)

  • thUSD is deployed as a fully collateralized, omnichain-compatible stablecoin using LayerZero’s OFT framework

  • All minting/redemption routes are governed by strict access controls

  • Backed by initial real-world asset allocations from vault strategies managed through whitelisted custodians

TRWA Token Launch

  • The TRWA governance token launched with its full supply, emissions logic, and vesting framework in place

  • No VC rounds or private sales — token access is earned through usage and contribution, not speculation

  • TRWA staking contracts were deployed to begin the alignment path toward sTRWA governance and future rewards

Vault Infrastructure

  • Launch of the first vault strategy: a short-duration RWA tranche to prove yield flow

  • Each vault is structured via ERC-1155, with clear maturity and redemption logic

  • Early vaults will focus on conservative, liquid instruments (e.g., sukuk, gold) to build trust and transparency

Peg Monitoring + Treasury Tools

  • Deployment of live peg monitors and circuit breakers

  • Real-time tracking of thUSD price movements across DEXs

  • Initial liquidity provision and OTC routing logic to maintain 1:1 stability

Smart Contract Audit Completion

  • All Phase 1 contracts have been audited by Prism Security

  • Circuit breakers, vault caps, and permission roles enforced at deployment

  • Public audit report available here

Points Season 1: Genesis

  • The Genesis season of Tharwa Points went live to reward early contributors and liquidity participants

  • Points are earned through real usage — interacting with vaults, staking TRWA, participating in governance

  • These points are tied to future TRWA eligibility and recognition within the protocol’s early supporter base

Why We’re Starting Here

Phase 1 is deliberately narrow. We’re not trying to launch every feature out of the gate. Instead, we’re prioritizing:

  • Security

  • Simplicity

  • Real yield generation

  • Stablecoin reliability

The idea is to prove core functionality before scaling complexity. Once the base layer holds — the peg, the vault logic, the reward mechanics: we move confidently into multi-chain expansion, product layering, and higher-yield strategies.
